Don't hate on the 240/Silvia

This may have already been discussed. Forgive me if it has. I'm not looking for a fight, but I can't figure out why a lot of people are down on the 240/silvias. Some say there are too many in D1. Don't you think there are a lot of 240/Silvias because they are a good platform? I personally can't afford to buy a supra, or a new 350. I tried for months to get an FC, but never found one that wasn't trashed. Post your opinions please.

its because alot of the kids who had civics jumped on the 240sx bandwagon, and when some people saw this happen they started hateing on the 240. IMO i love the 240sx, i had an FC and sold it b/c its unreliable and now i just have my S13 and an S14. i love 240's. my .02

Thanks for the feedback. Everyone is certainly entitled to their opinion and i respect that. I was hoping that some of the guys who claim that only Noobs drive 240/silvias would post some reasons for saying that. I have to assume that these guys are not real world drifters, but more like keyboard drifters.
