Iv'e been trying to contact JSPEC for a week by email and fax and they don't answer. What the hell is up with that? Can someone clue me in? I'm ready to spend like $700 green dollars worth of Battle Version arms and no one answers me!!!!!! Is there a better place with the same prices including shipping? Unbelievable.

when i called them to find out some info about a part they carry the guy who answered the phone didn't know anything about the part in question AND he was very short with me on the phone.......i was prepared to spend money with him and he just didn't seem interested.......not good phone service IMO

sadly that kinda on phone behavior and behavior like that in general is whats killing the market for alot of companies. The taiwan parts show, if thats what he went to, ended the 16th...

Wow. I'm honored that you would reply. I'm gonna just stop being a cheap bastard and spend the extra $30 bucks. It's Battle Version I want and it's Battle Version I shall have!! (insert sinister laugh here)

P.S.- It's still unacceptable on JSPEC's part; not answering multiple emails and fax. Don't forget the DON"T CALL OUR STORE policy. That can't be good for sales Mr. Pfeiffer. You should talk to them. It affects them mostly, but some costumers might decide to buy a cheaper product cause there's no response and they want to save as much as possible. Thanks!
