s13 or 350z

so i have a choice of too great cars the s13 and the 350 im a newb but dnt kno wich one the cheaper s13 i could mod but the 350 id have to leave stock both are great cars but dnt kno which one.

10-13k but i found s13 for 5k that are decent but also a 350 thats good but it at the top of my budget so i wanted to kno if i could buy the s13 and mod it or would it be better to get the 350 and mod it over time.
