ok so as usual at school parking is a B!@#% so instead of driving around to find parking i wait on the side so that if someone pull out i can pull in.

After waiting for like 15 minutes a car pulls out

so i turn on my engine. then as a car pulls out a guy in a new purple camaro pulls up right beside me and does a hand jesture that says that it's his parking space.

I was like HE L L no man this is my parking space, in my mind. so knowing that the s13 has a very high turning angle i slowly cut time off while reving the engine and enter my parking space b/c it about 5 feet away.

he also revs his engine and trys to prevent me from claiming what's mine.

AS i got out the car he said this is my parking space get the F out of here.
im like hell no i been waiting for this spot for 15 minutes.
he then said i don't F-ing cared.
Get the hell out.
i said no.

Then he said you picked with the wrong russian to F!@# with he took a pic of my car with his camera phone and left. but i got down his lic. plate and reported it to police.

1)if he F!@# with my S13 what can i do to find out where this punk is with his lic. plate. lic. 5DYB559 purple camaro.

2)how would the police go about to pay for the damages

3) what are good ideas on getting justice if he does do something... anything welcome.

Well you should tell the police EVERYTHING. Every little detail counts. Then you should be real careful and don't leave the car unattended unless you have to. Also, don't make fun of him for driving a purple Camaro, it will enrage him further.

Go to the 99 cent store, purchase as MANY boes of syran wrap as you can.

Find his car, attack his cover covering EVERY inch of it.

Take a portable heat gun/ hair dryer and melt the players of plastic together. You now have a very shiney laminated camaro.

I would have just beat his azz on the spot. But since this happened at school and he threatened you, I would be worried about his "revenge" while you are taking classes. Since he took a picture and drove away like a girl I dont think he has the balls to do anything to your personally. He'll probably try to screw with your car when he sees it again in the parking lot at school. He probably dosn't know where you live so thats the only time he'll have access to your car. Best bet is just to make a report with the police and when/if something does happen at least you have evidence to support a motive.

if he does do anything to ur car, get some friends together and drive around looking for a purple camaro(whitch probably wouldnt be hard to find)with the lisence plate that you took down, and if u do find it, wait till late at night and take a *Censored**Censored**Censored**Censored* load of bats(and ur friends of course)and *Censored**Censored**Censored**Censored* that assholes car up.......just my 2cents

Anyway that's all I would have done, gotten the license plate number and maybe called the police, and I would have tried to keep an eye on my car.

These are all very valid points, all of which are the mature, responsable, not super retarded thing to do. I would go to the popes if he does anything, but if ya wanna be juvenile about it (so what Im a freshmen playing into every stereotype about me) you could do this: stuff his exhaust with paper towels/toilet paper/newspaper/etc. stuff it deep enought that he wont notice it. Then, when he starts drivin it and stuff it will burn up and smell real bad like. Now while I certainly dont condone doing any sh!t to his car, this is just a silly prank to do. Now personally I think jacking up someones car just cuz you had an argument one day is the most *Censored**Censored**Censored**Censored**Censored*/retarted/will prolly get ur *Censored**Censored**Censored* kicked thing you could do. Just handle it like a man and keep an eye on your car. The guy was just tryin to scare you so he could get the spot.

something like what happened to you happened to me but the guy never did anything...and if he did i never noticed

(big old slightly rusted crown vic which is already kinda messed up so i wouldnt really notice anything) oh well
