not that i condone this kind of stuff but what you could do is go to the DMV and find out where he lives just in case he F's with your car. If he is stuped enough to try something go to his house and put baloney on his car and let it dry out or bring a hair dryer so when he tryes to take off the baloney his paint will come off with it or do it the good old fasion way with a bat or pipe (which ever you prefer. i prefer the bat it makes a much cooler sound than a pipe) and go at it.
