Juiced for XBOX and PS2?

Has ' Juiced ' been released in the states for XBOX and PS2?

Its basically another Need for Speed Underground type game. Apparently Acclaim went backrupt. ( the producers )
In Australia it was due for release a month ago and didnt come out, yet commericals play for it on TV and theres always new magazine adverts for it.
