How do these ballast compare to the Phillips ballast? I am just a little skeptical because I don't want the ballast to fail easily because it is cheaper. Right now, I can get a set with Phillips ballast for a 100 more.

The ballast for xtronic is known to last atleast for 10 years and the HID bulbs are know to last atleast 4 to 5 years. I called HIDexpress to confirm the life of the products! I had mines for 3 years already and everything still works as good as the first day i bought them!

Actually... Since HID has been release in the market for a long time. Right now... everybody can produce it. "Almost" every company can provide reliable quality. Before, why Phillips is good? It's beacuse it was the only one stable kit in the market(Even now it is still a good choice). Our HID kit is made in Japan, quality is guarantee. Kit come w/ one year warranty... we not only sale it cheap but also try to provide the best product and service. Any more question please let me know... i will try my best to help you out. Thanks...

Yes, just as Tmptazn27 said... First you need to check your if you have the H4 conversion kit... (We have it for sale $40, and come with new feature, small city light) second you will need a H4 HID kit. Third, plug and play the kit. Fouth, adjust your light beam. fifth, good to go. Any more question please let me know thanks...

the h3 is a HID KIT for non-hid cars, The D2C is replacement bulbs for the people that already have HIDs. So if you dont have OEM HID already you would need the HID KIT. But, if you do have OEM HIDs you could just upgrade by changing the D2C which is the HID bulbs.

I call around and people say... the H3 application should fit in your Low beam projector. If you live around my area, i can let you test fit the light bulb before purchase. Sorry for the late reply, any more question please let me know... thanks
