How do you make these 8-bit drifting car avatars? is it like a program? please tell me!

do you just make them big and then shrink them for the avatar, or do you draw them that small?

I might be horrible, but it seems very hard considering my forrays into MS paint in the past.

wat u wanna make em ur self?

u need some sort of image editing software and a gif generator

like photoshop cs u edit the graphics in photoshop and u use image ready which come with it to make a moving gif

theres more than photoshop cs u can get to created gifs and yeah u make em big and srink em y don't u google it

use photoshop to make them. unless you have photoshop, al you will get is a little pic w/oi the moving headlights and all.

I don't really need the moving headlights and I don't have photoshop. Is there some program I can DL to make them easier?

if u dont want moving headlights then the pic doesnt need to be a gif. just go into MS Paint and start going wild until u get a decent looking car. then save it as a 100x86 or so (size of my avatar) jpeg.

u dont need any special program.

If you see someone else you kinda like you can put it in paint and change colors,wheels,body kits and stuff like. Its what i did, this is what mine use to look like...
