Question about STRUCTURAL FOAM

anyone on here know any good brands of structural foam that would make the chasis stiffer???

planning on using that stuff in the hollow parts of my car so that it's stiff and light.


im also looking for something urethane so the i can seal up some hole in my trunk to prevent it from becoming a swimming pool when i rains.

also just post up if you have any imput on structural foam already got the other chasis stiffening things.

Structural foam changes the car's crumple zones. It's very possible that in the event of an accident, energy will not be dissipated nearly as well as it should be.
