FC swap?

does anyone know if its easy to swap a J-spec 13bt into GTUs?

it can be done, with a new harness, ecu, and such, its not "hard" to do, but most people when they do, also swap the tranny and rear end

Is your motor blown? the GTUs is a fairly rare model. You might be able to sell it for almost enough to buy a TII and save yourself some hassles.
