Hey can you guys explain what fuel mapping is? I over heard some peeps talking about it and it seems pretty interesting.

Fuel map is something you have in a programmable EMS/ECU you have them in your factory ECU you just cant play with them as if you had a power FC/AEM/Motec/Hondata.......ect
It is pretty much a Fuel map from 1000RPM to Redline we will say 7000RPM for this representation.
There is a map or a graph with a X Y axis the (X) axis is Fuel enrichment in % and the (y) Axis is RPM .
In the power FC For every encriment there is a box you put in the % of enrichment you want or you can take out fuel. Its pretty much a big spread sheet. This comes in hand when you are fine tuning any car for Turbo or NA uses...I hope that made sense -
