FD build up- almost done, but would like some suggestions

alright, getting in this a little late it seems but....are u still running the stock primarys?? im not familiar with the BNR stages but u might want to throw the 850cc stock secondary injectors in place of the 550s. just to keep fuel in there and not lean it out and blow something.....otherwise ur build up looks good......and everything else i would have suggested has already been done.

update... I got bored and decided to go single after doing a couple test runs on the setup and getting annoyed at the transition at 4500
new setup:
Garrett TO4R turbo
HKS racing 38mm wastegate with 12lb spring
Greddy Type R bov
Greddy 3 Row FMIC
Greddy compression elbow
Greddy water pump and alt underdrive pully kit
Bonez straightpipe
custom water injection kit

generally it will have a filter over it or a intake tube for fresh air. The main reason I am not running just a pure velocity stack is that I still need vac for my oil injectors to keep oil in the line at startup.

This winter I am going to be working on frame reinforcement and ducting.

on a side note.. when you got sick of the transistion did you ever decide to do the non-seq mod?

I had thought about going non-seq but to be honest its the same thing as being single with all the restrictions of the stock exhaust manifold. Since my bnr's were relatively new I sold them to a buddy and didnt lose much money in the deal. Twins are great in just driving around but that little hicup can get in the way when you are pushing it..

Plus the heat savings is steps above the twins. Single is the only way to go. Nice car man. Makes me almost miss mine.....almost.

Dude, I have been reading your posts for a year... there is no way you would miss your car unless it had an LS1 in it lol... But thanks for the compliments..

Trust me... heat resistance is what Im all about..
Standard Rotary Killers:
1.) Heat
2.) Detonation (can be attributed to heat)

My charge pipe and downpipe are both wrapped and over the winter I am wrapping the whole exhaust back to the canister...
Along with WI and some custom ducting, I shouldnt see very bad intake temps... Im also saving up to go V-Mount sometime later next year..

V-Mounts are sick, but be careful if you're daily driving it. I'm not sure whether or not you plan on using an individual fan, but especially without one you can get some nasty heatsoak when you're stopped. I guess it all depends on traffic tho.
