  • Clutch problem

I got a problem with my clutch pedal on my 240. Its stuck to the floor. When I pull it up it stays up, but when I push it down, its stuck. Its like there is no pressure against the clutch pedal. When its stuck and I try to start the car (with the clutch pedal to the floor) the car moved by its self forward when its in first. If I am holding the brakes, it tries to go forward. I dont know what the problem is. Any ideas?

i had that problem with my fc, the clutch fluid had leaked out. just put some dot 3 or 4 into it and just pump the clutch till its back to normal. you should get it checked out also cause you might have a bad leak.

Right next to your blinker fluid, behind the muffler bearings

Filled that up and pumped the clutch... even pulled the clutch pedal up and down... and nothing.

                    Any other ideas?

                      you have to pump it

pour some in and pump teh clutch a bit then pour more and keep it going and it should be stiff again
