Coilover/Damper Combination Installation (Help PLEASE)

The CRX's KYB AGX's came yesterday, and my WeaponR coilovers fit great on the front, but on the rear the coilover perch's sleve just slides right by the shock housing's spring perch and sits at the bottom of that sort of cone-shaped perch. It seems like this will work alright in terms of being able to handle the loads involved, but I loose a good 1.5" of lowering capability on the rear. Is there something I can do about this? RIght now they're sitting at home against the wall with nothing taken off of the car yet - would I maybe be able to pirate the OEM perches and put them on top of the AGX's? I've always had one-piece coilovers & dampers, so this parts combining is new to me...

BTW I'm supposed to install them on Sunday (tomorrow)

That's the best I could do. I figured that although they aren't CRXs, they'd still be somewhat useful.

This is what is happening to me (the Civic in this write-up if is the same suspension that I have). It looks like the Ground Control coilovers have been designed with an additional 2" of unthreaded sleve to compensate for the problem. My WeaponR coilovers don't have that so I guess I will loose that range of adjustment.

If I can tell what's happening in this picture correctly, it looks like the sleve IS resting at the bottom of the shock body's spring perch, which Is what I plan on doing.
