r200v lsd question

So what nissans come with the r200v lsd? How would I know if the particular model had the r200v in it? Would I be able to get one cheap at a junkyard to hold me over 'til I have the $ for a kaaz?

as far as i know, the only nissans that came with an r200 viscious limited slip were certain models of z31. the turbo z31s have clutch type lsds. later nissans i.e. z32 300zx & 240sx (correct me if i'm wrong) came with r230 diffs
