Sr20DET from totalJDM.com (Are they a reliable place to get an engine from?)

Alright, just found a place called totalJDM.com. They're selling the S13 redtop complete with tranny, turbo,uncut wiring, MAF, igniter chip, and ECU for $2,100.oo shipped. Are they a reliable place to get an engine from? If so then this will be my 2nd SR20DET.
