Is there a way to increase boost without a boost controller. I have heard u can put different springs in tha wastegate but im not sure, and if so how hard is it.

It's less work to make a MBC than it is to switch springs in your wastegate.
If you really want to switch springs, you just have to take apart your wastegate and switch springs and put it back together. If you have an internal wastegate, then people usually switch wastegate actuators as changing springs on those can be quite complicated.
