My Questions are
1) Will tein He or Spl's Coil-Over fit??
2) I wanna get 215/45-17 for the front
235/45-17 for the rear
is this setup ok??

I run stock SE wheels with 10mm spacers to fit without rubbing. The overall offset is +25.

Front: search Zilvia.net
Rear: should clear, again search Zilvia

Lots of people run FN01R-Cs and you should be able to figure it out pretty easily.

stock se wheels with a 10mm spacer are not +25 offset. thoes sizes totally suck and will be competly sunken and crappy. why do you want to stagger your tires, that will make you understeer. get 17x9 +15 front and 17x10 +12 rear and run 225/45 all around.
