I had Zeal Super Functions on my S14 those things were awsome/sucked. Awsome on the corners and track but on the regular roads I constantly had complaints from my girlfriend about her boobs hurting from bouncing on the bumps... Lol i just liked to see her boobs bounce

          ...unless you get Silk Roads.

$1200 shipped and they are doiuble height adjustable with more settings than you'll ever need!

If you make good quality coilovers they shouldnt need any rebuilding for at least 5 years.

thats beside the point, the point is that, they have that warranty as a extra security, what other company can give me that option and back themselves up?

you guys also forgot the SPL coilovers, if you need to overhaul them, all it takes is a change of the shock, no downtime

Ohins Japan makes coilovers for many japanese aplications, I just got some used ones for an s13 and am having them rebuilt soon. The coilovers are pretty much the lowest model you can get from Ohlins but still have inverted monotube design and a nice ammount of adjustability. To get a complete set... Shock, springs, pillow ball mounts, etc... they run near 3k for a set. Ohlins is, arguably, the best suspension system manufacturer in the world. Their cust. service is great and the guy I talked to at Ohlins USA said we may see the japanese line show up here within the next few years. You can still get them through some Japanese companies that ship overseas.

Nice, did he by chance say if you could ship the Japanese spec coilovers to the USA branch and get them rebuilt?

They can re-fill and re-charge but they don't have the parts for the Japanese product and don't sound too excited about trying to do it. They kind of said, "Hell no." in a very nice way. They will be more than happy to look at them and tell you if they can fix them though.
