Sometimes the steering wheel is placed lower or has a larger diameter so it decreases leg room. My steering wheel is stock and I think it's bigger for more control since I don't have power steering. It impedes my heel/toe greatly. That's why I bought the racing shoes.

another question i think that my brake pedal sticks out further than my gass pedal witch makes it hard to heel\toe is it like that in your car

          re

yes its like that in my car too. what u have to do is get your
heel on the brake and push the ball of your foot forward untill
it can reach the gas pedal. One of the difficulties is breaking
with the heel only (normally you break with the ball of the
foot thats why its so difficult), you really need to be able to
break with the heel of your foot comfortably without giving
to much sudden jolt (unless your doing that on purpose).
Practice driving normal and just breaking like that with the
toes near the gas but not on the gas.

Once you get a good feel for the above start the heel and toe.
when you do heel and toe for the first times just do it for small
shifts like 2->1 as you approach the red light.

another shoe you can try is aqua shoes, they have a small
sole for better control and you can actually bend your toes
up to get the ball of your foot on the gas for greater control.
