  • Good Drift Cars

What would be a good beginners drift car, that wouldn't require to many mods... i've heard about escorts, ovcoarse the 240, and the GT-S, but does anybody have any recomendations...

FC3S, and MA70 supras are also pretty good drift cars for begginers, they are relativly cheep and both have turbo models and good suspensions to start out with and lots of aftermarket suport for the engine, and suspension

we should do a poll for how many days we can go before this question is asked again.
at least then we'd be having fun...
        but who cares?

okay this is actualy on topic..

I would say for beginners car. the S13 is a great choice, the FC and mk III supras are probably pretty good too. the 86 i would be careful with. these cars are pretty old and most 86 drivers talk about constantly replacing whats worn out.. Though this can be a problem with most older cars too.

Also i would look at the domestic camp, some mustangs and camaros im sure arent bad beginner drift cars.

All in all i would say the S13 is one of the best choices if you have never drifted, cheap to buy, maintain, insure and fuel. theres plenty of them and there pretty easy to get the rear out. And there pretty easy to control when the rear is out.

I cant talk for the other cars, because i havent drove them, but perhaps anyone who learned on a FC or a Supra could give us some imput as well.

Since when did the Escort become a good drift car? It's good to learn gripping with. But that's about it.
