      NO!

      Z31 is either VG30ET or VG30E

We are sohc not dohc. VG30DET was never in the states.

Sure it's easy with Supra's since they are a Straight 6 and not a V6.
The reason why a single turbo set-up wouldnt work for a Z32 is because it has parrellel turbo set-up rather than sequential.

      NOT because of a V or L

New here in this forum, Im not a newbie to the drifting world, cause I'd been studing all bout drifting and cars for so long, that I feel its time to open up and trade info for the rest of yal. Enough of that, as you read in the topic, it says 300zx. For some of you people, its just another car. But I just discover this car as not being talk about in these forums. ITs really a powerful car that can make a 240sx with a sr20 powerplant look like a jackass. If you take the weight of these 2 cars, like Im comparing from a 93 240 and a 91 300zx. Its roughly a hundred pound difference. A 4cycl. sr20det against a 6cycl turbo engine its a big difference in hp. I know a 300zx is expensive but is it worth it. Is there any good parts for this car? Are there good/bad things that I dont know about this car. Well at least someone tell me there is a LSD for this car. Any what is the japanese name of this car?
First, if youve been studying cars so long why wouldnt you know the j-spec name of the Z?

z32 weight with passenger and full gas is like 3700
s13 with passenger and full tank is like 3050

Where do you see a 100lb difference?

and HP is not that important in drifting. The SR20 is more than enough.

      About the Hicas

Some s13's came with it too
      4 wheel steering

though i might be wrong ive heard it enough times in these forums to tell u its bad for drifting

Eliminating it does not mess up your car

You can drift without an LSD. And even if it was 'traction control' explain to me how a lsd would fix it?

And HICAS doesnt activate after 70+ mph i believe.

There was never a single turbo Z32. Never. Anywhere.

      and yes to the t-tops.

To the thread maker: Horse Power doesn't always determine the car's speed, smart one. The SR20DET is a Turbo too. Don't forget about teh SR20DETT. They could probably whip a 300ZX in the turns, but it would be a close match on the straight.
