i'm trying to do some research on suspension systems. I'm wondering if when you buy coil overs or any suspension parts, do u have to adjust it? And if you do, what are good ways to spot if it is to stiff or to loose? i would be thankful for any help

Yes you need to adjust lots, ride height, compression, rebound, camber... Check the CRX boards, they'll have way more info

Check and search, or they'll eat you for lunch. As a member of FreshAlloy, Club240sx, Zilvia.net, and NICO who sees this happen on a regular basis, I know. There's tons of information on any of those websites. Search and ye shall find.

Oh, and if you can't tell when a suspension is too stiff or too soft, then maybe coilovers aren't right for you.
