i'm trying to do some research on suspension systems. I'm wondering if when you buy coil overs or any suspension parts, do u have to adjust it? And if you do, what are good ways to spot if it is to stiff or to loose? i would be thankful for any help

Yes you need to adjust lots, ride height, compression, rebound, camber... Check the CRX boards, they'll have way more info -

Check and search, or they'll eat you for lunch. As a member of FreshAlloy, Club240sx, Zilvia.net, and NICO who sees this happen on a regular basis, I know. There's tons of information on any of those websites. Search and ye shall find.
Oh, and if you can't tell when a suspension is too stiff or too soft, then maybe coilovers aren't right for you.Comment
