^^^ yea happened to me

i had a version 4 and the thing is the lens for the older ones i think 4 and down are bad so i sent mine to sony to fix for free i think they put a new lens in it had to pay for shipping i think they only do that if u havent opened it but ive heard of people saying they didnt open and still send it theres a number if u want it all in all i spent 10 bucks box shipping

also this is happening to my xbox does anyone know nething about it like the tray wont come out
