For someone to get so worked up about drifting in a video game is pathetic.
Which is why I might just have to get Enthusia Professional Racing or GT4...

                  from urbandictionary.com

                  1. bird dog

used in the trucking industry - especially on the CB radio as truckers talk to each other.

A bird dog can be noun which means a radar detecter, or can be a verb which means a law enforcement officer is paying particular attention to a trucker

noun: "I've got my bird dog on."
verb: "That cop has been bird dogging me for the last five miles."
Source: Bob VerBurg, Jan 31, 2004
Is this what you meant, Ryan?

i am for drifting and i am against the anti-faction or whatever it is.

i read his whole website and it makes me think about the times when import racing first started. street drag racing and all that. people died, there were many groups of racers. there were gangster racers, baller racers, and all kinds of forms of teams. all together we all did one one thing, it was to drag race.

now that drifting has became a part of the import culture things change. people are still gonna die and we will see similar problems as we saw in drag racing. careless irresponsible people who think the can be just like the a real d1 driver.

i think that kid who made that anti drifting website does not see that racing is a part of everbodys culture. i bet almost everyone who has been through street racing knows that drag racing in the street is dieing out. we have a new sport. its on the culture to make what it is.

                      did i make any sense?

why does everything have to have a "culture"... my god, I can't stand the people who actually believe they live their lives "a quarter mile at a time," or the drifting equivalent "a corner at a time." Come on. Wake up. Drifting is fun. There is no lifestyle. There is a community, sure, but it's just some people who enjoy taking their cars out and getting them sideways. I don't think there is a certain way to dress, act, walk, talk, etc, etc, if you want to drift, and NO-ONE needs to die because of drifting. you just get behind the wheel of your car and drift it!

enough of this melodramatic "I eat sleep and breathe drifting because I can feel it deep in my soul." Cut the bullsh*t, and take your car to an event and drift it.

omgoodness and your from Mira Mesa. Well I have to say, there is no such thing as "lifestyle". No one have a drifting lifestyle. Sorry, im not trying to clown you but it's true. Think of it more of a Hobby. We have a small community (especially here in SD). PM me for more info. We'll talk more about it.

You know, I can kind of understand why he started it. He's obviously only half serious IMO. But it gets annoying when I see a bunch of 16 year olds talking a bunch of garbage saying they'll drift circles around me at the track. And that its 'real' racing. That its the fastest way around the track, etc. Alot of idiots have popped in the last year. It's fun. But some people are *Censored**Censored**Censored**Censored*ing idiots.
