MILANO, New 350Z Drift Car!

i tuned this car on the dyno and we had to use the center pull on my mustang dyno it had so much torque that it would blow the tires off in 5th gear i think the first part of the video is when they made the first runs on the inside banking in 3rd gear and the second part of the vidoe was later in the day on the outer banking in 5th gear i was very close so i could hear if it was popping or anything and i could swear i heard 4 shift before he clutched it

Nice car Chris, the colors don't bother me in the least. The seat in the video moves around a bit though, I thought rules had you anchoring the seat at the top as well as the bottom. Could be wrong though but other than that, fantastic. Good luk with it.

It was 119 at like 2am. Our thermometer was pegged. Bad, nasty hot out there in Vegas. And they are going to do it again this year.


Weather channel says 90-96, I trust meteorologists like most voices on message boards, not so much. Riverside, and Arizona are desert. Its still warm. Warm enough.


I guess we will see how things go this weekend out at NOPI. Chris said the car made good power, good torque.

First of all i would like to apologize if i came off as negative or doubting chris's driving skills. my comments were primarily based on my experiences with my z and from what i had talked about with varios people who have driven/own z's that drift. not one time did i say anything bad or put down chris's driving, he wouldnt be in formula d if he wasnt a good driver right?

yeah, i wouldnt be struggling if not for my car habit. considering i live with my parents, and they are willing to pay for school until i have a masters in something.
but considering i pay about $800 or so just to have and drift my car, *Censored**Censored**Censored**Censored* adds up, and explains why after 3 years ive only finished my cars footwork.

daytona 350z has a payed off Z, that he payed off himself, zero sponsors, and is a few years younger than me, hes the real deal

i bet it will be hotter in AZ, its been in the 90s for riverside, so arizona hasto be kiler

being a college student sucks. i shoulda just made payments on the damn car instead of buying it out. it is crazy that i only now have started tuning the suspension of my car...lol

I'm not sure if struggling college students drive 350Z's though. Or for that matter drift 350Z's. I would think the ghetto ragged out S13 would be more of a college student ride.

I looked up the weather 90-95 degrees. Not going to be chilly.

On Thursday night at Irwindale, theres a ton of people 1/8th mile drag racing. Just need to funnel a few of those people over to the drift side...

im gonna be using alot more pink on my car this year, maybe thatll be good enough for her.

no, the last night event was like 10 people, so naoki quit doing it, but im sure with enough interest we could get drift day to do one occasionally.


i know arizona is too *Censored**Censored**Censored**Censored*ing hot for me to go, and with as much as ive sucked since i redid my car, and I choke in competition, kind of a waste for me to go.

Though a forum though, it comes out like you are saying that his driving should have been better than that.To me reading it, it comes out as an attack. Hubert doesn't know you. You just said Chris should be in 4th, but you didn't say that you drift in 3rd gear in an NA Z.

Mr. Young, i would have expected more professionalism in your post, but i guess i thought wrong. you come out and just try to slap me down with insults when my points are very valid, never did i say, "oh he sucks, hes not in 4th doing the bank, what a loser" or "im such a better drive than that, look, he sucks". nope, i did not say anything remotely close to that either.

and to clarify, i have been to irwindale numerous times in my NA powered z and there is no problem bank drifting in 3rd, i am not sponsored nor have any form of it so i dont make it out there as much as i should. Hatbobbarker will agree since he as well has done it. you may also wanna ask alex pfiefer, because he has done it in my car as well- even when it was on STOCK suspension. so where you come off saying that i have not done irwindale or ever drifted in 2nd is not even relevant.
