I'm interested in who did the legalization. I may need to get something done quite soon. You better start doing the damage control now on the cooling system and what-not. Looks pretty much stock under the hood so get a radiator first off, Hood second with big huge vents in it. You got some cold air looks to be an HKS unit, stock bovs (which sound REALLY good if vented to the atmosphere) you even got the stock air seperator tank. I'd suggest scrapping that and getting the upgrade. Think it's a recall on them but since yours is J-spec they probably won't do it.
Also make for SURE that you got a title with that or you won't be getting it registered.
Grats on the car though. It's very nice looking. Too bad you gonna more than likely rip that nice kit off of it.
