He posts on another forum under the same sn, i'm confident it's chris, plus he helped me out a lot with a problem with my rear steer on the fc... thanks for that by the way

I think it's great that the pro's post on here. It gives a chance for people that would never get to talk to them, well, a chance. For someone like me, I wouldn't have the opportunity as I live in Hicksville USA(Wisconsin) and Chicago doesn't exactly attract pro drifting events.

Kinda off subject, but I think that there should be some drift events in IL or WI, at least, more than 1 or 2 a year.

It is probably hard for the pro's and especially semi-pro's with day jobs to find time to post on a board like this.

It's one thing if Andy and Alex have a computer at home and shoot the breeze at night or whatever, but for people like Rhys who run their own company during the day, try and get in drifting practice here and there and still have a life and THEN post on the boards, it seems like it would be near impossible.

What is the story on Bryan Norris? He looked so promising a year ago around the time that Import Tuner put out that "Drifting" issue and he was featured as the US's next big drifter (along with an unlicensed Ken Gushi with his grey S13...). Is he teaching somewhere?

BTW - "foilman" is also Tony Schultz because of inside references made.

Are you guys making much or any money? There's that saying about going into racing to get rich, and how you'd be better off in a casino...

The only guys I know that get money are Ryse and Samuel but i know its not much.

Some of the guys have smaller sponcers that kick down a little but it helps out alot. For instance, to ship our cars to Atlanta for the formulaD event was $1800. Hot Import Nights sponcered a couple of the cars and payed for that part of it. But for the most part, we still end up spending alot out of our own pockets. I personally spent about $2000 that weekend, and that was with sleeping in other people's rooms and such.

So are you technically unemployed, or do you have another job on the side - Maybe some of us could stop by the local Starbucks and get a crappachino made by our boy Alex? Cakes at the grocery store in the shape of turbos? Mr. Pfeiffer drifting the street cleaner across intersections at night?

Well he runs his company battleversion. So remember guys when you buy parts from a small company like that your supporting the driver. If your an alex fan and you need a part for your 86 or whatnot buying from him helps him out.

Sorry man, didnt see it, im usually on my sidekick especially since my laptop recently decided to implode on itself. And its hard to look at forums on that. What was the question, or just throw a link to the thread.
