My question... What's with our fascination with this kid? He's a good driver so... I love his driving too. I honestly want an interview with folks like Andy Yen, Benson Hsu, Ryan Hampton, Calvin Won, Alex Pfeiffer, etc... (If I didn't mention your name sorry, I don't have room to mention everyone's name here.) I want an interview with these guys because these guys are the reason drifting is such a great sport. These guys all have character and are exciting to meet and talk to.
Anyways, all you drivers rock. I'm not for idolizing any one driver, but I really like Andy Yen with the crazy mohawk
Well.. I watched gushi drive at Laguna Seca.. and i can say he is simply one of the best in america. And his car is very down to earth if i may say so. Thus the interest in him. When Rhys's GTO was putting everyone away the only person who was able to stop it at Laguna Seca was gushi, and he did so well. Hell of a battle.
Oh yeah Batman, ask him about laguna seca, ask him if there was anything special he had to do to defeat Rhys, or rather ask him what he was able to do that the other drivers werent at that event?
I talked to Ken at Formula D Sonoma, and he is a very nice and funny guy. I have a lot of respect for him and I'd like to meet him again. It would be awesome to see him compete in the Japan Vs. USA D1 Grand Prix this December. With his skill, He's got a chance to impress those Japanese judges.
