say what you like about teckademics i hate the mischief dvd i baught, i wish there was a fire in my house and only that dvd burned so i could claim insurance and get a dvd worth watching but that is a nice looking car- that said by looks of that dvd i doubt anyone affiliated with theckademicks could drive it let alone drift it , and chrome, chrome , urghhh chrome is *Censored**Censored**Censored**Censored*, crap, excrement, effluent, dung, faeces...............................

You think a hugemungus turbo is necesary? Kids these days. I never said a filter was not a good upgrade just that it was dirty as poo. The batery just looked to me like a normal open cell smaller battery to me. Wasn't totaly sure, but it is always nice to voice disapproval for a company such as tekademics.

i really hate these damn forums..........nothin but hate from people who wish they were half as capable of building a nice car like this.....you all know if Taniguchi or Kazama were driving this car in D1 you would be all over their nuts like flies on sh*t so dont pretend like the car has anything to do with the hatred........its just cause you guys are bitter that a normal average dude can build a car like this and you all are stuck without any drive or creativity to create something as big as this......funny cause everyone talks so much crap about this car but then when they see it in person they are all over Dans nuts.....its pretty hypocritical if you ask me, i dare one of you guys to go up to his face and say the same stuff in person...i doubt youll even have the balls to

i think most of the negative comments are aimed towards Techadmics. This car still doesn't change my mind about the crappy DVD series. If you want brownie points...then im afraid you'll have to go elsewhere.

If you dont like the car or teckademics why post on here? Why is it that every forum has to turn into a *Censored**Censored**Censored**Censored**Censored* fest? The guy asked what you thought of the car...not teckademics. All everyone ever does is bash other people to make themselves feel better. Kudos, your *Censored**Censored**Censored**Censored* just grew an inch.
I personally know Dan and the dude puts his blood, sweat, and money into that car. He is new to drifting but he practices his heart out.
The battery is a Braille battery which about the best small battery you can get aside from maybe an oddesy. Wow, the filter got dirty...maybe its because he drives the car???
Listen, you guys need to sit back, relax, and let other people enjoy their cars. Not everyone has a fully sponsored car.

lol...clown..Teck has German cars mostly, Dans has been built for awhile.
It did not just appear overnight.
Dado is training with the guys back east in the M3

Teck is not new to Drifting and they are very involved in allot of new behind the scenes things going down next year.
The core guys are not going to like all the things going on with Drifting, its going to get very corporate.
Teck has had drifting in the vids since the start, road rallies, street racing, drag racing...
They even have a Team in Japan that’s in the new Teck/Warner movie Mischief V Dynasty.
A chapter called Driftademics (Rhys made that name up for Teck)with the east coast drifters.
Teck is also doing allot of licensing hookups for people. Apparel, DVDs, hardgoods and video games...
Teck has major friends in the drift scene...
Teck is not trying to take over or anything, but the crew is involved in some big new things...It’s all in fun and that’s what Teck is about...

To be honest..you haven't been in the "drift scene" for very long at all. Many of us have been in that "scene" since the early-mid 90's. I NEVER saw anyone from Teck involved with anything remote to drifting until recently in the past year or so (rally and crap does NOT count). And I certainly never saw it in Japan...I used to live in the Segami Prefecture near Yokohama and many of my friends still live there. I visit as often as possible as well. What does this team consist of? I mean there are lots of gaijin wanna-be teams in Japan that suck. They think that just pasting the word "Japan" on them makes them respectable. My friends compete in BM Hi and D1..these are respectable drivers with YEARS of skill (many around 10yrs+ drifting). Don't sit here and tell us what you guys do...SHOW us what you guys do. It's not that we all want to sit here and hate, but look at all the crap that floats around on the internet..what are we supposed to think? See where I'm coming from? And also to be honest...the videos are pretty weak..and that has nothing to do with the car, but many of the way things were done on the car scream car show..not down to business drift. And also there are many of us on these boards that DO know how to build a competition car...so be careful when you mouth off. (yes, there are many that don't..be try to use some tact next time)....my $0.02

The guys in Mischief have been drifting for years; they watch option just like everyone else.
Rallies are huge, so is Drag and other things Teck does.
They brought Hashiriya from Japan and hooked up with a good crew over there, they are Americans with some insane cars.
Teck is also a distributor and a Warner Imprint, so they are getting everyone major dist deals, also TV shows and licensing.
In that sense Teck is involved pretty big.
Teck did not come to Drift.com and post up a VID and say.
"We are 100% Drift" buy our movie.
Teck is involved because it's fun, not because it's the new fad.
We are also doing the Cannonball Canada...big deal.
People hate on Teck because they sold 500,000 movies..
When you are big you are a target.
In the BMW forums people think Option and you guys are total ricer scum, and Teck gets flack for being involved in Drifting.
Drifting is just an element...Teck likes to cover all the elements.
