Seriously there are plenty of other teams out there I've heard that people don't like in the sport, but none have ever gotten involved in something this deep and profound. You guys would have been better off just backing off, quieting down, and leaving what is to be said on the internet there. This is not in the very least professional behavior at all for a team and I'm baffled at why you guys keep posting. Then again I guess at this point you can't do more damage to your credibility than you already have.

I'm not trying to f.ck with you guys, I'm not trying to troll, I'm not trying to get you agitated, but you guys should really just drop it and continue with drifting because this is not helping your team in the least bit.

I think everyone, including Drift Avengers will be glad when can all move forward from this. One thing you do haft to understand is after the way the drift industry has decided to disrespect the team, that quite frankly I just do not care what people in this community think anymore and we are just gonna continue to drift on our own terms. I love driving, drifting and going to continue to pave a career for myself and my team. Again, we have just as much right to be on here but if people would leave us alone, you wouldn't have seen me on here to begin with.

And what will happen with Ueno now, will he be banned or just be force to sever ties with the team?

Will formula D take the risk of letting them run in they're series?

Will Dr Z get a haircut?

Will we ever abolish the term "drift racing"?

These questions are silly.....

again I respect Forrest enough to not come on here and start talking about something that is between Forrest and our team. If you have questions, you can direct them towards him and feel Forrest has enough class and character to answer them appropriately.

The rest of these questions are questions that I cannot answer....

You guys have never learned and just do not understand what is even happening, guarantee you Formula-D is laughing about this and Rich has just made D1GP USA look more unprofessional than just about any professional motorsport series I have ever encountered. If D1 is serious about all these allegations, they should have contacted us first, instead posting on drifting.com. Ruth spoke of her concerns of D1GP USA to both Rich and Terence before the decision was made to go public.

I don't care if your Cavi Mike or Rich Goodwin, when someone attacks my family, I am going to stand up and speak out. This is about the greatest thing we could have asked for and the only thing I am am reserved about is how this going to effect Mr. Ueno and Team Vertex. Regardless, we must stand up for what we believe in. I never attacked D1 GP USA and was ready to walk away quietly, what Rich thinks he is gonna gain from this I do not know.

I was never given a D1 license and was never given any contract to sign, for you to even compare D1GP USA to the NBA really takes away creditability in your statement. A drifting.com post punishing me really doesn't seem like something NBA or even Formula-D would do. I am being punished for what? I have never made a statement against there decision to take me out of top 16 and stand by it still. If I choose to get on a forum and stand up for my friends, that is my constitutional right. I am not affliated with D1 nor do I compete in their series, I told Terence Jenkins this over a phone call right after Miami and it was because I do not want to spend Ruth's money on a series that doesn't carry much of a bright future. That is just watching out for my friend and being a smart businessman.

I do not care at all, been getting on drifting.com to make sense of things and everyone all the way down to D1GP USA have attacked me and I will continue to defend myself.

We have gotten just over a half million hits today on our new myspace advertisements and have tons of kids pouring in questions directly to my email with interest to the Drift Avengers and the sport of drifting. Have alot of business minded people behind us and now that I have taken my race career in a different direction....
race to race, drift to have fun and make money, it fits me better and I can finally pursue my dreams of open wheel racing. We will continue to drift and assemble a crew worldwide who would like to join us in taking drifting to the masses.

Your right though, I do always have snowboarding to fall back on. Ruth just got a new place in Tahoe and we will be spending the winters up there, so if you ever wanna a lesson come hit me up. Heavenly is way sicker than Bear mountain and ready for some real backcountry riding

Alright man, well it is almost independence day....
and I am thankful for my freedom and very proud to be an american!

Cracked a helmet in half this winter at Bear mountain landing off an icy jump and forgot who I was for a minute. Powder in Tahoe should be SICK powder and it will be nice not to worry about helmets. You hit a tree, a helmet is only gonna do so much and never been a believer in wearing helmets in backcountry.

God I remember my first Formula-D top 16 at sonoma in 2004, my car showed up a half hour before qualifying and someone forgot to install the seat belts. With 2 laps practice and no seat belts I managed to qualify 6th. There is something about having a higher risk level that makes things better. Maybe it is not the healthiest thing and I have been working hard not be such a daredevil but it really does gravitate towards my life for some reason.

On the way to Laguna seca for moto gp, we stopped at a gas station and noticed lake herman on the gas reciept. Well if anyone knows anything about the Zodiac killer, that is actually a site where one his victims were killed. So we went to site, found gun shells and shots thru a sign where the body was found. Tommorow is the anniversary of one of his killings and just thought that was an interesting moment along our road trip.

Ruth thinks everyone on her little "team" needs to be by her side 24/7 kissing the ground she walks on. Forrest didn't come back to the house the day Ruth wanted, so she blew up his phone FREAKING out on him.


Here is a quote overheard by EVERYONE nearby at the time.

I honestly feel that I as a person with absolutely NO money, has contributed more to the community then you EVER could...and you "allegedly" have all the money in the world.


James, do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this lady as possible. She's already thrown your professional driving career down the tubes. You had potential, but not with that crazy bat you call your team manager.
