      WHAAAAT!!!

Ok, fist off I want to applaud you not getting upset about other people's opinions. That' shows maturity, and intestinal fortitude.

Second off, yeah it's true, your truck is super ghey.

And I also know that your avatar is a shot of one of your center caps, on those eBay wheels which you're obviously very proud of.

So congrat's, you're different, you did it, WHOO HOO!!

Here's my ideas for future plans, and they don't involve mass-incineration (LOL!!!!)

Take that thing drifting. Do it, make sure your insurance is paid up, and take that thing drifting.

I'm talking REALLY drifting. Like 3rd stuff at like 50-something miles an hour (BTW, if it's an auto, just give up and put it on bags and make it a show truck, because there's no way you're "drifting" in an auto pickup, you're just looking like a dork).

Wreck that muther, total it to be exact. Then buy a RWD car, and drift that. Otherwise, you're not taking drifting serious enough to actually do it. You're still just "farting around."

      See you at DDay advanced!

Thanks....I mean, I'm not seriously talkin' about entering competitions. I've never really been serious about that. I never even race it. It's a daily driver. It's a standard. It rolls on the ricers ("rice" meaning *Censored**Censored**Censored**Censored* cars with primer kits and ridiculously loud APC mufflers). I'm not trying to defend myself because I don't see any reason to. This is all just talk and I'm getting what I asked for. Your thoughts.

Suspension is the next thing I have lined up. I'm just tryin' to find what will work and what will work well. And you're right. It is more of a show truck. That was the initial thought of it. But I figured "what performs better than a drift car?" So this is why I intend on not so much as building a "drift truck", but modeling a truck after a drift style car.

Anyway....with that said, keep 'em comin', man.

          you're talking about ricers?

Your car is the definition of rice.

lower it, get a good alignment, get adjustible suspension parts so you can change it and not flip it. stiffen it up, it should have enough torque. the only thing you gotta worry about is wheel hop on the rear because its soo much lighter. Alot of the guys I work with cant keep the rear planted even during a burn out. It would be worse i imagine if your trying to drift.

You can build a drift truck, just don't make it that thing. I'm sorry but its really ugly. I live in the area of raised trucks and huge tires with stupid SKIN stickers, I accept those more then I do that truck. Sorry...

                  Rice is aloud drift, too.

Atleast he has RWD thats the first step. So what if it looks like "rice." Its how he can make it perform that matters. None of you are driving it.

Take an Accord for example. I'd never drive one of those. I dispise Civics and Accords, but a friend of mine is pretty good with his. Do I make fun of him for having rice, no. Why, because he can back his *Censored**Censored**Censored**Censored* up. There are things he can do in his car that I can't... Like... umm, for example.. open his back doors!

I'm just kidding, but on a more serious note.

Yeah the truck looks anti-Ford now. Show us some clips of you screwin' around in it. Drifting that is... You don't have to be ultra cool, or super "one-three-three-seven." Show off what you know and don't get caught by the cops!

Only the minitruck guys do that kind of stuff... it's like they forget that their vehicle was meant for utilitarian purposes and IS NOT a car.

Buying a "drift" front airdam does not help you get sideways. Red wipers do not help you see better. That hood is awful. The wheels are crap. The writing across your windshield just makes you seem like one of those APC riceboys you're so vehemently against. Funny... like the pot calling the kettle black.

You're your own nemesis if you continue to drive that truck.

i think it looks ok, but its nnice to see someone on here that isnt going to flame back. the thing that makes me the most angry is the fact that you told everyone you were going to lower it, then like 10 people were like "lower that thing for crissakes!" that just makes me go "STFU and listen you!"

anyways, i think it looks pretty mean, like if you dropped a 350 in it or something. no, its not a car; yes its not the sleekest looking thing out there, but then again neither is a Chaser...

just keep it up and do what you do, cause thats what makes this world a nice palce to live. DIVERSTY!

your take very well to...errr... constructive critisism. If you want to drift it then i say go for it just make sure you know its balance and its limits. but if you have that down then have some fun

You know... a stock ford ranger is my no means even powerful enough to even break traction (believe me, i know, i used to own one) and if you do... good luck controlling it...

but if you do still wanna try drifting and stuff.... i think a 302 v8 transplant (or maybe more) is in order... unless they make performance stuff for ranger 4.0l 3.0l or even the 4 cyl (dont remember displacement... lol) also... you will have to upgrade the suspention... dont know exactly how...

and... well... i dont know much about drifting cause well... never did it before so... i dont know if you wanna even listen to my info... lol

truck and drifting can go hand in hand if enogh work has been put in to the truck to keep you safe get that suspension changed stiffed up and lowerd to decrease the tipping point on that sucker

all you guys who said that trucks cant drift
do a little more study about the freAKIN GUY WHO TURED A R32 IN TO A TRUCK DRIFTING MACHINE
