  • Engine weights.

    Since it's useful information when deciding on swaps, etc... everyone post engine weights here.

    But in different swaps different things are required. Are we supposed to post weights with tranny? with crossmember? with turbos? racing beat aluminum rotor housings? hehe.

      Just engine weights. It's more of a personal thing, but I thought it could be useful for others as well. Well, others that are willing to use the ::cough:: seach button ::cough::

            My 7M-GE alone weights 300LBS DAMN CAST IORN!

              Good call - fixed it.

              I hope that the words at the top work in the search engine and thanks!

              Don't lip the cast iron! RB's are all iron... Iron is less susceptable to warpage and dissapates heat better than :: aluminum. You can make more power safer even though there;s more weight
