If you wanna race touge go to an SCCA hillclimb event. It's pretty fun but dangerous if you don't know what you're doing(aka pullin some dumb shi0t).

the point of touge is the simpleness, just one time up one time down, no cops, no SCCA regulations just you your car the road and the other driver
