Yeah, it wasn't really intended as a time line...just examples. But anyway, you get what I'm saying. All I know is back in 98 when I owned a Prelude it was Japan that put out the clear tail lights before they hit the US because I remember looking at Japanese Prelude owners club sites and seeing them. Back then when the scene was just getting started in the US Japan was already years ahead so trinket items and accessories were already readily available. Sure, we started importing them from Taiwan just the same but we definitely didn't originate it. Most of the US "rice" products were just repackaged for US sale.

Addzest stickers? That's amusing...we went through stuff like that too...everyone running Oakley stickers on their windows back in the late 80s/early 90s. It's funny how trends evolve and catch on.

Anyway, we don't see eye to eye on APC's contributions to the scene but if I were a sponsor I'd be glad to have you on my team. I'm planning on making the trek out from New Orleans to Cali for the D1 event. I assume you're gonna be there?

ahah the pt is my dads company car that was just to drive to meets.... dont forget i also own a g35 .... i would also like to say that the pt turbo is the fastest 4 cylinder turbo ever made.... i think you can give chrysler a lil respect...

Haha...sorry, I wouldn't be caught dead near the APC booth. The past couple of years at SEMA I've avoided it like the plague. I recently saw my first APC Drift Works advertisement... It featured a highly photoshopped pic of Kumakubos S13 truck, Strut bar for the 01 civic, Euro tails for the mazda mp3, universal fake cat back muffler, and a neon tube, and an Intake for an RSX...

Yeah, but from what driftxtreem is saying this was just to get the name out there...the actual line is apparently still in the works. He knows more but I'm sure specifics are a no-no. Judging from what he is saying it sounds like M's and Kei Office products are going to be private labelled for APC. So although he didn't say I'm assuming you'll see a line of quality body kits and suspension components from APC in the near future. Just my guess though.
