ok im 13 but i do know aobut the ae86 trueno.now i first heard of it in initial d and i was liek wtf?thats not a real car,but he thats before i really got interestied in drifting.but still can you get in america or is jsut like asia and europe and what not?(yes it is a very very dumb question and you can delete it after sum 1 postes about it )

Let me give you a lecture, and dont listin to what these guys say....

First, a AE86 is the chassis code for the 84.5-87 Toyota Corolla GT-S and SR5, They were offered in america, but only the Flip-Light Verison (Truneo You'd Call it) The AE85 Chassis was never shipped to america, but the SR5 is the equivlant to a AE85, i.e. Rear Drum brakes, Crappy Interior, 4-AC(instend of the japanese 3-u or whatever) No LSD and a Smaller bellhousing and rear differntal.

Seconed, Inital D is great, but it isnt realistic...If you start making runs on a touge now... You'll be good but not like Takumi. The reality of a AE86 beating machines like R32 and FD on a Touge is slim. But it is still possiable.

Third, Ask questions, dont be scared you are supposed learn about cars and drifting... this is a bad start, but you have to start somewhere...Please do not ask questions like this, everyone here looks down on these questions because many of them are self awnsering...

This isn't about maturity, I defended you in another thread when TonyFromNapa verbally made you his *Censored**Censored**Censored**Censored**Censored*. The kid is 13 and watches cartoons, it'll be three long years before he even has to worry about getting a license. Unless he pulls a Ken Gushii and starts drifting at this age, I'm not gonna sit by idly while threads like these choke the board. whoa, calm down there killer. They werent meaning it as a personal attack. But, you have to understand how many people are into these old cars now after watching initial d. Call it jumping on the bandwagon... but every other post containing "I saw initial d, where can I get a 180?" gets tiresome to these guys. They were not saying you wernt welcome/wanted here. They were just asking you to do a little reasearch before you ask them a question...help yourself...basically, help them help you. Don't be discouraged about cars, I worked as a mech & asst manager for goodyear for 4 years. Try being a girl and doing that job, then tell me you are frustrated and discouraged. The reason why you feel so hated is not because you're 13. Most people could care less whether you're 13 or 30. The fact is, quite frankly, you keep asking stupid questions. You should really read around first before you go and ask these questions. Most of the time if you look hard enough the questions will eventually answer themselves. You obviously have an internet connection and there's plenty of sites out there that can answer nearly every question you have.
Besides, no one would feel this way about you if you didn't make it obvious that you're blatantly ignorant to this stuff. Apparently those "over 50 or sumthing importuner,superstreet and importracer magizines scattered" across your room haven't helped out much expanding your knowledge of cars. I've got 5+ years worth of Sport Compact Car and Car & Driver and I'm no car guru either, but they have helped out tremendously for me. If you really want to know try reading up on adequet sources--not rice burner magazines.

Integratuner666, The problem isnt that you dont like cars or dont know anything. Its that your so immature and ignorant. I think its great you sparked an interest in cars so early, I didnt like Cars or drifting untill last year. But within that time i have learned as much as I possiably Could, I have but 10-15 Import maginznes. and over $60 worth of imported Videos, But the place I learn the most about cars, is in my garage and on this site. Respect the people on here, because you dont realize... alot of the people here are the people your reading about in your magizines. I dont know what Collage your going to but THE BEST mechinc school in the country is still only a 2 year program. and mechincs make $$TON$$ of bank. You actully made some sense with Anime, its not the same as a cartoon its a animated drama, meaning it has a plot unlike american cartoons. Just look around on the F.A.Q. you will find what you want. The key to forums whether they be auto forums, clothing forums or porn forums is to listen. Listen, listen and listen some more. Then when you have garnered enough knowledge then post away with intelligent responses. i don't think you are ignorant, that's too strong a word for it. But uninformed would fit better.
