the s4 is soo much nicer. my moms got the 01 s4 wagon, so it might be a lil biased, also my dads got an allroad with the same biturbo engine. and i would take that, but not before the 964 911 carrera 4. my dad has a black one, it is my favorite car in the world. driving that is like having my way with a fine woman. ok stop babbling. love all vw's, and older porsches. germans just make great cars. theres some pics of my audi in the pics section somewhere.
