get a can of aircraft quality paint stripper that stuff works really well i used it on mine before i decided to have them powdercoated. Another method would be to sandblast them, but that may take some time.

it does to a certain extent but some good ol elbow grease with the help of some sand paper is the key to getting rid of the impurities, The guy from Wheel Factory called me today and said i won't have my wheels back for another 2 weeks, He told me he will never polish a set of wheels like that again. I just want to get them back they have had them for 2 weeks already. I've seen one and they look fantastic, can't wait to get them back. Sorry i'll post pics in a couple weeks.Comment

thanks anyway. i dont think ill sandblast cos im trying to do this cheap. and the wheels are just for autox/drift so it doesnt really matter.Comment
