Nah, it's clear that it's lower in the front.
I assume he either hasn't dialed in the height yet, or he has the front set lower in order to increase front downforce (the increased downward slope will help do that, I think).

If anything downforce would be from a reduced gap between the road and his front lip. Less air flowing under the car would create a low pressure area, the high pressure flowing over the car would in turn create downforce (this is how an air dam works).

...You sure? I'm pretty sure less air flowing under the car reduces lift, which is what front lips are for.
Either way, I don't think it would increase, at least...
